Our Client, The Trustee for Khullar Family Trust, is seeking an experienced Transport Company Manager to join their team, located in Moore Creek, NSW 2340.
• Develop and execute transport strategies to optimise fleet utilisation, improve service delivery, and manage costs effectively.
• Direct daily scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers and vehicles to meet operational demands and deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to all road transport legislation and standards by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair program for all vehicles, minimising downtime and ensuring roadworthiness standards are consistently met.
• Manage, train, and mentor the driving and operations team.
• Ensure goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality.
• Organise purchases and maintenance of any vehicle-related equipment if required
Prepare
• Manage the departmental budget, monitoring expenditure and reporting on transport KPIs and financial performance.
Minimum Diploma + 3 Years of Experience
Competitive salary of $80000 Per annum plus 12% superannuation
