Our Client Singh Sweets & Snacks Pty Ltd ATF The Trustee For Singh Sweets & Snacks Trust is seeking for 4 experienced Indian Sweets Maker / Mithaiwala/ Halwai(s) to join their team located in Truganina 3029.

Responsibilities
  • Measuring and mixing ingredients like milk, khoya, mawa, sugar, ghee, dry fruits, and spices.
  • Ensuring the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Frying, boiling, thickening milk, and preparing sugar syrups of required consistency.
  • Using traditional and modern cooking tools (kadhai, tava, ovens, etc.).
  • Making traditional Indian sweets such as laddoo, barfi, jalebi, gulab jamun, rasgulla, peda, etc.
  • Preparing seasonal/occasion-based sweets (e.g., gujiya for Holi, motichoor laddoo for Diwali, etc.).
  • Maintaining taste, texture, and appearance of sweets.
  • Checking sweetness levels, freshness, and ensuring consistency across batches
  • Training other staff in sweet-making.
  • Managing bulk orders for functions and festivals.
  • Customizing sweets for weddings, festivals, and special occasions.
  • Following hygiene standards to ensure food safety.
Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience
