Our Client Coffee Life is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to join their team located in Trafalgar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, season, cook, and present meals and dishes according to recipes.
  • Monitor food preparation methods and presentation to ensure quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Supervise kitchen hands and junior staff where required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Order food supplies and maintain stock control and inventory.
  • Minimize food wastage by effective portioning and storage.
Qualifications

Cert IV and diploma in relevant field or 2 years' experience.
