We are Hiring full-time chef for our Taco bill restaurant All menus are created by our Head Chef and catered on-site by our outstanding kitchen team. Equipped to host both intimate and large weddings and events, we ensure a truly memorable experience for our clients.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Chef to join the growing and dynamic team. We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef with a “will-do” attitude to manage our establishment’s operations, enhance our organisation’s image and brand-to-client experience, and improve client loyalty.

Broadly, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking all food products for freshness and qaulity.
• Stock inventory and ordering, as required and for function / event mumbers.
• Cooking and preparing meals for functions / events, and also considering dietary requirements.
• Adhering to and enforcing OH&S standards and compliance with food, health and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will present with:

• Relevant qualifications at a Diploma level; or extensive experience;
• No less than 2-years relevant employment experience.
• Ability and experience to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen catering for functions / events of all sizes.
• Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with a range of cuisines to cater for function / event specifications.
