✅ Competition & Work Preparation: Condition horses physically and mentally for racing, competition, employment, or leisure activities.
✅ Rider & Trainee Education: Train and educate riders and stable trainees on proper horse care, handling, and training techniques.
✅ Behavioral Training: Identify and address behavioral challenges using effective and humane training methods.
✅ Stable Management & Care: Collaborate with stable staff to manage daily feeding, cleaning, and general horse care routines.
✅ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, diet plans, and veterinary care.
