Our Client Allara Motor Lodge is seeking an experienced Motel Manager to join their team located in White Hills, VIC 3550. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring high standards of guest service, staff supervision, and efficient business management.
Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping departments to ensure high standards.
- Supervising security arrangements, and ensuring maintenance of building facilities.
- Assessing customer satisfaction, responding to feedback.
- Overseeing accounting, purchasing, budgeting, and marketing initiatives.
- Hiring, training, rostering, and performance management of all staff.
Qualifications
Diploma of Hospitality Management
Minimum of 3 years experience
