Our Client OZ STYLE BUSINESS GROUP PTY LTD T/A TIS HAIR AND BEAUTY is seeking an experienced Hairdresser to join their team located in Shepparton VIC 3630. This role involves delivering high-quality hair services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of hair cutting techniques including step cuts, shoulder cuts, and precision styles using scissors, clippers, and razors.
  • Greet clients, schedule appointments, and process payments in a professional manner.
  • Provide personalised advice on routine hair care and recommend suitable products such as shampoos, conditioners, serums, and oils.
  • Maintain accurate client records and promptly resolve any service or product related concerns.
  • Communicate respectfully with clients and team members while adhering to salon policies and procedures.
  • Deliver styling services including blow-drying, curling, and hair straightening.
  • Apply hair colour using various techniques such as highlights, balayage, and ombre.
  • Carry out chemical treatments including perming, relaxing, keratin treatments, and hair straightening, ensuring all safety standards and pre-testing requirements are followed.
Qualifications

Cert III in hairdressing and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
