Our Client MOTEL MOUNT GAMBIER is seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join their team located in Mount Gambier SA 5290. This role involves supervising daily motel operations, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily hospitality operations.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with organisational policies and service quality standards.
- Maintain, review, and oversee financial, accounting, and operational records.
- Manage inventory and stock control, including regular stock takes and procurement of supplies.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor/Diploma qualification
Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
