Our Client Aulakhz Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Company Manager to join their team located in Griffin 4503 QLD. This role involves managing daily transport operations, drivers, and fleet compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, managing, and coordinating daily transport operations for concrete trucks to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality.
  • Managing vehicle utilisation, scheduling, route planning, and logistics to meet client and project requirements.
  • Overseeing compliance with transport regulations, road safety laws, fatigue management, chain of responsibility, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Monitoring operational costs, budgets, and financial performance, including fuel usage, maintenance costs, and labour expenses.
  • Supervising, recruiting, training, and managing drivers and operational staff, including performance management and rostering.
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance inspections to ensure fleet safety and roadworthiness.
  • Liaising with clients, construction sites, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure service standards are met.
  • Managing incident reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Preparing operational and performance reports for business planning and decision-making.
Qualifications

Minimum diploma in Business & 3 years of experience.
