Our Client SODHICHAUDHARY PTY LTD T/A AUTO LODGE MOTOR INN is seeking an experienced Motel Manager to join their team in Seymour VIC 3660. The role involves overseeing daily motel operations, staff management, bookings, and guest services while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage and operate property management systems (PMS) to handle reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, billing, and reporting.
- Administer and update online booking platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Email) for record keeping, reporting, rostering, and professional communication.
- Oversee daily motel operations to ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise staff including recruitment, training, rostering, task allocation, and performance management.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, to maintain operational efficiency and cost control.
Relevant qualification or minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Competitive salary of $77000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
