Our Client MILLER'S BREAD KITCHEN PTY LTD is seeking an experienced BAKER to join their team located in Dromana VIC 3936. The role involves preparing and baking a range of bread and bakery products and maintaining food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
- Checking cleanliness and safety of the bakery and equipment before production.
- Measuring and preparing ingredients for baking.
- Mixing, kneading, shaping, and preparing dough for bread and bakery products.
- Preparing fillings and toppings for baked goods.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality products.
- Baking bread, rolls, and other bakery items from start to finish.
- Glazing and finishing baked products as required.
- Operating bakery machines for mixing, rolling, and shaping dough.
- Cleaning and maintaining baking trays, ovens, and bakery equipment.
Certificate III in Baking.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the baking industry.
Competitive salary of $77000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
