Our Client Prime Heavy haulage Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team located in Casuarina WA 6167.
Plan and maintain the right product mix to meet customer needs
Monitor stock levels and organise timely reordering of tyres and accessories
Set and uphold service standards to ensure quality customer care
Develop and apply purchasing strategies that support store growth
Assist in creating and executing marketing and promotional activities
Establish competitive pricing for tyres, products and services
Promote and advertise the shop's offerings across suitable channels
Actively sell products and services while advising customers on tyre care and usage
Keep accurate records of sales, stock movement and financial transactions
Prepare and manage store budgets effectively
Recruit, train and supervise team members to build a strong workforce
Guide staff performance through regular feedback and support
Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing occupational health and safety practices
- minimum Bachelors
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role, ideally in automotive or tyre services
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage stock, sales targets and team development
- Knowledge of tyre products and workshop services (advantageous)
Competitive salary of $78000 per annum plus 12% super
